Located at 151 Wolf Bridge Road on 47 acres of land.
The Main Picnic Area and Building offers;
- Parking for over 400 vehicles.
Large block building:
- Full kitchen
- 2 indoor bathrooms
- Large open area with a small area for a bar set-up.
- There is also a Bar-B-Q pit area that can be rented for larger functions with racks and grates available (the pit area also has water and a clam cooking area).
A Horseshoe Pit area with a small building and pavilion (includes small kitchen) is available for rental– this area includes:
- 17 championship Horseshoe pits a pavilion with seating for 50 people and a small kitchen.
- This area has no indoor restroom facilities
- two portable restrooms are available in this area.

Dates fill up fast so plan early.
Rates are determined by the type of event. A normal rental period is 6 AM to Midnight. The area must be vacated by midnight. No overnight camping is permitted without prior written authorization. All renters must provide event insurance and name the Fraternal Order of Eagles #1299 as an additional insured and loss payee for $1,000,000 (one million) combined single limit. The lease agreement outlines specific wording. Typically coverage may be added to your business or home owners insurance. You may also purchase event insurance through K & K Insurance Group (800-328-2317) www.kandkinsurance.com or other providers for one day events.
A $150 security deposit is required. Main Building: rates are normally $400 (1-100 people); $500.00(101-400 people); $800 for (400-1000 people). Additional fees apply for use of B-B-Q pit, Kitchen, and horseshoe area. Please contact the FOE Secretary for other rates. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Renters can arrange their own food services. Beer and liquor is permitted in accordance with current PA and local laws.
The FOE #1299 can arrange the following services;

PLANNING AN EVENT:
|Facility Charge:||Rental Charges are listed above and must be arranged with the FOE Secretary. You may bring beverages food to tis location in accordance with PA state laws.|
|Deposits:||A deposit of $150.00 is required to confirm all reservations and is refunded if a 45 day notice of cancellation is given.|
|Guarantee:||Four weeks before the event you are required to finalize your menu selection and a guaranteed count is required 14 days in advance for catered events.|
|Prices:||All food and non-alcohol punch prices quoted are subject to an 18% gratuity and a 6% sales tax. Buffet pricing is based on a minimum of 50 persons.|
|Bar Service:||A full service bar may be arranged to compliment your event... Please contact the FOE Manager Ken Yohn at 717-249-2711 to arrange this service.|
|Linen Charge:||Paper up to 75 people- $25.00; 100-150 people- $50.00; over 150 people- $75.00. Linen– up to 100 people- $50.00; 100-150 people-$75.00; 151 and up- $100.00.|
|Capacity:||The main building in the picnic area can accommodate over 200 people.|
|Decorations:||Please be advised that due to other functions at the picnic grounds it may not be available to decorate until the day of your event. Please contact the manager for more information. Contracted time of the room: Time limitations on the use of the room for private catered functions are eighteen hours (6AM to midnight) from start to finish. Time extensions may be granted subject to a $50 per hour charge. Management will make every effort to ensure your function has a reasonable amount of time at the picnic grounds.|
|Damages:||Persons contracting the use of the picnic ground are personally liable for any damage that occurs during the contract period and must provide one million liability coverage prior to the event.|
